This week our organization celebrated our 60th Anniversary in Dubrovnik! We have a photo of the Council meeting group which was well attended. We will have more photos in the next issue. The Peru National Group is also having a special event this month.
Lots of geodisasters have happened around the world, too! There are articles about volcanoes in the Philippines and the United States (Mt. Adams). Also we have a great article about the reactivation of the famous landslide in Palos Verdes Hills near Los Angeles, California. This landslide has been moving for many years.
