The 3rd International Conference on Geomechanics and Geoenvironmental Engineering (iCGMGE-2025) will bring together leading academics, researchers, industry professionals, and graduate students to share cutting-edge research, foster collaborations, and address global challenges in geomechanics and geoenvironmental engineering.

iCGMGE-2025 is jointly organised by Western Sydney University and the Global Circle for Scientific, Technological and Management Research (GCSTMR). The main objectives of this conference are to provide an opportunity for professional interaction amongst researchers, engineers, academics and students, while strengthening industrial cooperation and showcasing the latest advancements and emerging trends in their fields.

This conference will be held on 26-28 November 2025, at Western Sydney University’s Parramatta South campus, which has excellent public transport links to Sydney’s CBD and a direct light rail link to Parramatta CBD. Attendees will have convenient access to Sydney’s iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour, Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, as well as the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park.

iCGMGE-2025 will feature keynote, invited and regular presentations. We invite researchers and professionals to submit high-quality papers presenting original research, case studies, and practical applications related to geomechanics, geoenvironmental engineering, and their intersections with infrastructure resilience and sustainability. All submitted abstracts and full papers will undergo peer review by two independent reviewers. The Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer, and the published full papers will be indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.
