AGS 50th Anniversary Celebrations – WA Chapter
This year the AGS is turning 50 and our plan for celebrating this milestone in our State is to invite our members for a special event on November 26, 2020. From 6pm to 8pm, finger food and drinks will be served while we honour the contributions from our members past and present. As part of the celebrations, we will be awarding the Inaugural AGS Honorary Life Membership to Prof. Mark Randolph, for his remarkable achievements and advancements made in geotechnics in Australia and worldwide.
This event will also include the presence of, and a few words from, the AGS National Chair, Dr. Nina Levy. We also welcome any members to say a few words, if you feel inclined.
Please contact Marcelo Silva at [email protected].
Please note that the number of participants is limited, so register early to avoid missing out.
Engineers Australia members participating in AGS technical sessions can record attendance on their personal CPD logs. Members should refer to Engineers Australia CPD policy for details on CPD types, requirements and auditing guidelines.
