Dear colleagues around the world, It will be my honor to take part in this Panel about the recent disaster in Turkey and Syria, that will take part at the ASCE Geo-Congress conference in Los Angeles USA. I like to start, on behalf of the GeoEngineers worldwide, by expressing my sincere condolences and sympathy to the victims and their families and loved ones. I was personally shaking for more than a minute with my daughter on the 16th floor in Beirut, and it was terrifying.
