Development Of A Map Of Thornthwaite Moisture Index Isopleths For Queensland

The Thornthwaite Moisture Index was calculated for 154 sites throughout Queensland, based on meteorological records for an average period of eighty-eight years. The results were plotted to give a map of TMI isopleths for the State. The results illustrate the inaccuracy that can result if short periods of meteorological data are used to calculate TMI.
