John describes himself as Vineyard Manager / Hand, Winemaker, Cellar Hand, Office Manager, Advertising Executive, Chief Bottler and Labeller, Packer, Despatch Officer, Transport Coordinator and Driver of Arranmore Vineyard. John talked about the philosophy that led him to make wine and the reasons behind the types of wine he produces. The talk concentrated on how he makes his wines and their character.
